7jj7 Terms & Conditions — Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 7jj7 (operated by 7jj7 Asia Ltd.) and all users of our platform. They apply to all services provided through the https://7jj7.asia website, mobile app, or any other 7jj7 channel.

7jj7 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We provide Sports Betting and casino gaming services to members in Bangladesh in a secure, transparent, and fully Bangla-language environment. Full compliance with these terms and conditions is required when using any of our services.

These Terms & Conditions may be available in English and other languages; however, in the event of any discrepancy between the Bangla and English versions, the English version shall prevail. 7jj7 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

7jj7's services are available only to users who meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Opening an account or using our services is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Online betting must be legal in the country or region from which you are accessing the service.
• The account holder must manage their own account personally — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Must be of sound mind and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

7jj7 may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed and balances may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

The following information is required for registration: full name (as per NID), active mobile number, date of birth, and payment method details. OTP verification via mobile number is mandatory.

Keep your account password strictly confidential. You are responsible for all transactions made through your account. If you lose your password or suspect your account has been compromised, contact 7jj7 support immediately.

• Selling or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Two members of the same household may each maintain a separate account, provided they use different ID documents and mobile numbers.
• Withdrawals above a certain limit will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

7jj7 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum limit is determined by your account tier.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes. Occasional delays may occur due to mobile network or payment gateway issues — in such cases, contact support with your transaction ID.

Funds deposited must belong solely to the account holder. Use of third-party funds is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious payment is detected, 7jj7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is completed.

To make a withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed and any active bonus rollover must be fulfilled. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 30 minutes. Large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile banking account used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawing to a different number requires additional identity verification.
• Withdrawals cannot be made from the bonus balance before the rollover requirement is completed.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier — higher limits apply for VIP members.

Every bet placed on 7jj7 is considered final once the "Confirm Bet" button is clicked. There is no option to cancel a bet after it has been placed, so please verify your odds and stake carefully before confirming.

7jj7 reserves the right to void bets or revise settlements under the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete (subject to specific rules)
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If evidence of match fixing or corruption is found
• A member displays abnormal or suspicious betting patterns

Maximum bet amounts are determined by market type and account level. The Cash Out feature may not be available for all matches or in all situations — during live betting, Cash Out offers may change in line with market movements.

In accumulator betting (multiple selections in a single bet), all selections must be correct to win. If any one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. However, if an event is cancelled, that selection is removed and the bet continues with the remaining selections.

All bonuses and promotions on 7jj7 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its applicable terms.

Key Bonus Rules:

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement — a specified amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher count toward rollover requirements.
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends.
• 7jj7 reserves the right to void bonuses if suspicious betting patterns are detected — such as placing only low-risk bets to fulfil rollover requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7jj7 and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating two or more accounts under a single person.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting aimed at exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets or assisting others based on advance knowledge of match results.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Third-Party Funds: Making a deposit using another person's mobile banking account.

7jj7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or inconsistencies in provided information.
• Suspicious betting or payment activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or permanent closure).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Upon account closure, any valid real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided it is not subject to forfeiture due to a terms violation. Members may also request account closure at any time.

7jj7 is not liable for the following:

• Being unable to place a live bet due to an internet connection issue.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Account information being leaked or compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Financial losses from betting — betting carries risk and the outcome of every bet is uncertain.

7jj7 strives to maintain the highest standard of service; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances — no compensation will be provided in such cases.

7jj7 collects, stores, and uses members' personal information solely for the purposes of providing services, verification, and meeting legal obligations. Personal data is never sold to third parties.

7jj7 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.
